Random side note- hills + runs + pain + heat = workout hell but, best after workout feeling
It’s only 10 in the morning and I am dead. I woke up at 7:30 in the morning to start stretching for my run, walk my dogs, put food and water in my dogs bowls and last begin my run. I took a different path then I usually take and legs were were screaming of hot hell.On my run there was this huge hill that was about a quarter of a mile long and I kid you not if it wasn’t so hot outside I probably would have started crawling (yes crawling and I’m not joking).I was dead from that quarter of a mile alone despite my 2 mile run today. The saddest thing is that quarter of a mile hill was at the beginning of my run so, I never was able to recover( but I did)😂. Long story short that C25k is an amazing app that got me through my agonizing pain that I was going through when running that hill and my run. Anyone who really wants to start running I really recommend you to download this app because it has a timer for when you run and for when you walk so you’re not just running the whole entire time (best workout ever)!
