How are your New Year’s resolutions panning out for you?
I’m still going strong on my resolution to workout more, so here is my January routine.
- I start out with a 30 minute run using my couch to 5k app (It’s an amazing app btw)
- I do an ab workout video from my favorite youtube yoga guru https://youtu.be/7rsXKGCyAOs
- Next, I do a waistline crushing yoga routine https://youtu.be/EiS58tHxQtw
- After that, I stretch my legs to get my splits https://youtu.be/rHYfT50hpzg
- Then a do my squats based on the squat challenge
- Finally, I take a shower and finished my routine with the bedtime yoga https://youtu.be/xP5j5U-h-jM
