My Fitness Routine

Hey loves!

How are your New Year’s resolutions panning out for you?

I’m still going strong on my resolution to workout more, so here is my January routine.

  1. I start out with a 30 minute run using my couch to 5k app (It’s an amazing app btw)
  2.  I do an ab workout video from my favorite youtube yoga guru
  3. Next, I do a waistline crushing yoga routine
  4. After that, I stretch my legs to get my splits
  5. Then a do my squats based on the squat challenge 
  6. Finally, I take a shower and finished my routine with the bedtime yoga
