My Morning Fitness Routine
Lately I have been consistently working out everyday and I notice that I have not done an updated workout routine in a while. I will try to put out an updated workout routine at the beginning of each month, or specialized routines if someone ask. Snapchat the app I use on daily to post what works or runs I am doing. I get a lot of feed back from the people who follow me on that app and I respond, so add me on their cause I post a lot!
I know there are some of the same steps from my previous workout rountine because once I find what I like I stick to it until it is easy for me to do. And I do so my body can build a tolerance and then I can push myself to do more without dying (lol).
June 2016 Workout Routine
I love Boho Beautiful and her videos because they are really inspiring.
I start my day of with one of her meditation videos.
Once I get out of bed I will do the five minute sleepy bear yoga
To wake myself up I do a energizing yoga routine from Boho Beautiful as well
When I was done with yoga I go on a 1.5 mile walk to my gym with my mom and use my Runkeeper app to see how far we’ve gone (A new app I started using because it is better than the mutiple running apps I used before)
When I get to the gym I do various workouts depending on what part of my body I am targeting (and sometimes my gym even has food lol my mom and I split a bagel).
After the gym workout we walk home to take a shower and get breakfast!
