Thank you all for the support and comments as I showcase my journey of bettering myself. Sharing my fitness sessions on social media has been such an encouraging/ rewarding experience because it shows that I am not alone, there are many people far and near that are working for a higher quality them. With that, all being said fitness is not just a journey, but it a state of mind and a lifestyle. You can not just start working out and think everything will change. You have to eat right too! These Vegetarian eats does feature a lot of breakfast because that is probably my favorite meal of the day. Since I am huge on sweets I wanted to share a better dessert option for those who are on there on fitness journeys. Enjoy!


My favorite sandwich at Panera made with egg white and avocado and cheese w/ no tomato.


Vanilla chai tea, mini cinnamon bagel and an egg white omelette.
