5-Minute Mixed Berry Smoothie

Hey loves!

I adore smoothies especially in the morning as a quick breakfast option. I can add Vitamin C (Emergen-C) to my smoothie, just for that extra kick of vitamin boost. The mixed berry smoothie is an easy recipe that takes about 5 minutes to make.

How to make a mixed berry smoothie 

  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 2 cups of frozen mixed berry mix (blue berries, strawberries, black berries and raspberries)
  • *Vitamin C (Emergen- C)
  • 1/2-1 Coconut water or Almond milk (Depending on thick you want your smoothie)
  • Crushed ice (optional)
  • Chia seeds (optional
  • Mason jar (optional)
