Hey loves!

Hey, you used to write magnificent, but the last few posts have been kinda boring? I miss your super writings. Past few posts are just a little bit out of track! come on! – Caution District Reader

A reader of my blog commented saying “Hey, you used to write magnificent, but the last few posts have been kinda boring? I miss your super writings. Past few posts are just a little bit out of track! come on!” on one of my recent posts.  When reading the comment my first thought was “damn.. hmm.. damn”. I can’t be angry with that comment because it’s true. I was taken back a little because people are never really that blunt with me on the internet. I’m glad that this person commented their statement because it woke me up. I can’t get upset with the truth. When I started my blog I pour all of my heart and soul into the content I was producing. I would be writing all the time and trying to find different perspectives for  my articles. Lately, I have been half assing. For someone (a stranger) to say that they miss my “super writing” was a tear jerker moment. I have written posts about struggling with writer’s block and not being creatively motivated but it’s not an excuse to put out wack content. When I was putting my everything into my blog I was receiving it tenth fold from likes, comments, and admiration. Since I have been half assing I have seen a notable difference in the traffic to my blog. I’m over my lukewarm behavior. I vow to myself than my readers that my content each post will be better than the last post.
And this is where I leave you…💋
