Unplugged

Hey loves!

This past couple of days I told myself that I would start to unplug from my electronics more often because they are blocking my creativity. I wanted to stop the binge consumption that was invading my life. Binge watching tv shows and being in a set position for hours has become the set norm for my generation. For me, my most therapeutic experiences involve me going to the mill and being out in nature. The mill is a local waterfall fall that all the adventurous kids go to and hike, swim and cliff dive. Like the last time, my cliff diving was a terrifying thrill. I gripped the rope with a fierce heart and a courageous mind. I lost my grip in the air and fell suddenly. Falling back first into the muddy river with a smack. It was all worth it because I got my spark back. Sitting on the rocks watching the water descend downward was serene and tranquil.
