My lunch was nothing fancy, but it was still delicious! I have gotten a lot better at creating well balanced nutritious meals as a vegetarian. In the beginning, it was difficult finding veggies that I liked to eat and meals that would be filling. I have finally found my groove with cooking and preparing meals for yourself as a vegetarian. Let’s get into my lunch!
What I eat for lunch 8/31/17
- Spring vegetable soup (Publix made)
- An apple
- Ginger snap cookies
- Pre-dry veggies
- Apples & Eve’s organic juice box
The vegetable soup from public is to die for! The flavors that are felt on my tastebuds after devouring that soup is magical. I could eat that everyday and not get tired. The same could be said about this whole meal expect for the carrots I’d have to switch them out with celery every now and then.
