Fall happens to be a time for change and growth. Out with the old and in the new! Fall and the winter months are the best for working on a summer body. Here are my current tunes that I jam out to while hitting the pavement or pumping the iron.
I have been working out four days a week. The days I don’t workout I make myself reach at least three miles on my step count. My Apple watch has been a huge help in my health journey. I have slimmed down a lot in my midsection. In the coming months, my focus in my fitness journey is slimming/ toning my arms, cutting down sweets and cutting out of dairy completely.
