What is Get Fit Now?
Get Fit Now is a gym that specializes in women’s weight loss, exercise, nutrition, and accountability. In this 6 week journey with the help of Get Fit Now I am expected to be down 25lbs or 6% body fat.
What am I doing?
I am dedicating 6 weeks of my life to a meal and workout plan provided by Get Fit Now. I am to workout at the gym 3 times a week. When I am not at the gym I will be doing yoga, pilates, running and playing tennis.
What am I eating?
Snack 1 ( 1/2 scoop of Body Fortress Wheat Protein Shake)
Snack 2 ( 1/2 scoop of Body Fortress Wheat Protein Shake)
How is day 1 going?
I have had some sweet cravings, especially after lunch. All my meals have been pretty filling! At breakfast, I didn’t eat all my food because it was too much. I have been consuming an abundance of water which will do wonders for my skin! The protein shakes surprisingly taste amazing. Lowkey, it tastes like Reeses. I don’t know if it the lack of sugar in my system or maybe it genuinely tastes like that.
What are my predications for my results
My prediction for this challenge is that I will lose 30lbs and 10% body fat. I plan to be extremely strict with myself throughout the entire six weeks. I for the first week I basically will be eating the same meal that saw discussed in “what am I eating”. My mantra throughout this whole challenge is “mind over matter”!
