How To: Eat Healthy When Dining Out
A lot of people have been commenting on my healthy lifestyle and how hard it is to keep it up when dining out. I’m here to say that is not the case at all. Having a healthier lifestyle is a mindset change first and foremost! Don’t think about what you can’t have because you can eat everything in moderation.
Dining Out Meals
This meal I ate a veggie patty salad. I had the person fixing my food put the “sub” in a bowl with two veggie patties, pickles, lettuce, banana peppers, cucumbers and vinegar & oil.
This meal I ate a quinoa lettuce wrap burger with a side of sweet potato fries.
This is a vegan platter filled with all types vegetables with rice, falafels and hummus.
In this meal I ate a Boca vegan burger with fries. This meal I could have been a little more clean with what I was consuming, but I was having an off day lol.
These are just some snapshots of my meals when I dine out. When eating out you just have to be more conscious about what you consume still someone else is preparing your food.
