My Final Week Thoughts
This is the final week of my Get Fit Now Challenge! I’m excited about the end and a tiny bit sadden that this is my last week. Get Fit Now has been an experience never the less. I have had some tough challenges with the management and their disorganization which has been a huge inconvenience on my journey with this gym! This gym is not a flexible gym at all. It’s either their way or the highway. A lot has changed from the beginning of the challenge until the final week of the challenge. I will leave my two cents to the final post I document about my experience and final results with this gym.
My Last Meal Prep
For my last breakfast, I will be eating egg white spinach omelet with ground nutmeg and cinnamon sweet potato.
For my last lunch of this challenge, I will be eating half a cup of rice with soy protein caramelized garlic with onions sauteed with soy sauce and vegetable broth. For my veggies, I will be eating half a cup of collard green season with vegetable broth and Badia seasoning.
For my last dinner, I will be eating broiled black bean burgers on a bed of salad with peanut on the side as my fat for the night.
My Verdict (Will I Stay or Go?)
