10 Things I Can’t Live Without

Hey loves!

10 Things I Can’t Live Without

  1. Food/Air: This duo is a given obviously! But seriously when you sit down and digestion the big picture it’s very simple. Food is energy in a fancy form. In a later post, I’m going to let you all in on what some of my favorite snacks are that keeps me energized and productive throughout my day.
  2. Sunlight: To be honest I am a flower incarnated as a person. I was born and grow up in Florida the sunshine state. I love being outside and having sun-kissed skin. The sun gives me life! When it’s cloudy and mucky I have little to no motivation. I just want to curl up watch some good movies and eat some good food.
  3. Wifi: This one needs no explanation. Wifi is a way of life. Yes, I know how important it is to unplug from time to time, but hen you’re connected make the most out of it. As much as a positive can be it can also be a negative.
  4. My Phone: I am not one of those people who have their phone glued to their hand all the time. I use my phone for business a lot. I have everything I need to be on a successful path in one compact area.
  5. Working Out: In my last issue, I had an entire layout of workouts that I enjoy doing. Yoga most of all is my favorite than is swift second comes the duo of running and strength training.
  6. Prayer/ Mediation: This powerhouse duo helps me stay rooted and clear of mind. I start and finish my day with prayer and meditation. I recommend that everyone no matter your religious standing start and end their day in this fashion.
  7. My Journals: I already went over this in an entire post click the picture below to check it out!img_1181
  8. Tea: This drink runs through my veins! My favorites happen to be peppermint, green, and peach tea. I am constantly drinking tea if I am not drinking water. I drink tea year round and about 3-4 cups a day.
  9. Chapstick: No one like chap lips especially during the colder times of the year. It’s not cute and can lead it many problems. Like bad breath and cracked lips.
  10. Hair Products: My hair is naturally curly and extremely thick! If I don’t have products to tame and hydrate my hair it is hell for. I have constant headaches migrates. The one thing I dread in life when I have to do my hair is running out hair product. If that happens I might as well go back to sleep and try again tomorrow.
