My Favorite Vegetarian Snacks

Hey loves!

I have been a vegetarian for about 3 years now and I love it! I believe in an earlier post I talked about my struggles at first where I was eating a lot of carbs and how I was a pescetarian turned vegetarian. For me, this is the year of the vegetables and protein! I barely consume carbs. If I do the carbs are in my vegetables or Ezekiel bread and sometimes rice.

Since converting to a vegetarian I am constantly eating. Whether it be a snack or a meal. I have about three meals a day and four snacks a day. My snack consist of two or three (depending on how I feel) liquid snacks like a protein shake or a cup of tea and one or two solid snacks. Let’s get into my favorite snacks!

Banana & Pineapple Sobert

Muscle Milk


Spinach & Feta Pinrolls


Light leafy mix nut salads
