I don’t always have a lot of time to prep and cook meals, so I love to prepare quick healthy and easy meals to make. Emphasis on healthy because most quick and easy food isn’t the best option to consume. All the ingredients I will be cooking with I got from my grocery trip to Target. Without furthermore to say let’s jump into the how to make a quick and easy vegetarian wrap.
Quick Vegetarian Wrap
Ingredients Used in the Quick Vegetarian Wrap
- Vegan beefless ground
- Flour Tortillas
I add cheese to the flour tortilla wrap.
I warm up the beefless ground to add to the wrap.
I put the wrap in the toaster oven to cook for a total of four minutes and thirty seconds. I flip the wrap on the other side about two minutes in so it can cook equally on both sides.
I cut up the wrap and plate the food with a side of salsa
