In the newly released April issue of Spotlight magazine, there was a featured section about meat alternatives. You’d be surprised at how many options there are for vegans and vegetarians when it comes to protein. When I first started my vegetarian journey I just thought tofu was the only source of nonmeat product that I can consume. Slowly I learned of vegan and vegetarian brands that catered to my former carnivorous life without the same harm and with no meat either. It’s the best of both worlds!
Why Eat Meat When You Can Enjoy The Same Products Meatless
This brand has been a great find. I still get to enjoy having ground beef, meatballs, and tenders. Of course, this is all meatless and taste amazing. I was a little skeptical when I first bought these products. The products that I have tried from this line has been enjoyed without any allergic reaction.
Like meat, tofu needs to be seasoned to be enjoyed. One of my favorite ingredients to throw into my tofu when cooking is hot sauce! I also what bought tofu that has the seasoning that comes with. Either way, cooked tofu has never been a let down for me.
